Apartment's equipment
For the convenience of our Guests all of our apartments are equipped with kitchen or kitchenette along with all kitchen devices and necessary utensils.
All apartments are fully furnished and equipped with the high-class Tv devices (LCD TV, TV-sat and/or DVD), along with all other items delivered to make the stay as comfortable as it is possible: towels, bed-linen, washing-machine, iron and ironing-board.

Internet
For your convenience Internet is FREE OF CHARGE in all apartments.

Garage
For Guests with the car we offer parking places in underground garages. The garages are located directly under the buildings.
To reserve the place contact our Reception Desk while making the apartment booking or when key collection.
The rate: 20 pln per a day, 500 pln per a month.
If there is no garage available under the building, there is always public parking nearby.

 

Breakfast
Breakfasts is delivered directly to the apartment starting from 7:00 a.m.
In offer the choice of sweet and light French breakfast and for guests with greater appetite a rich and varied traditional breakfast. To order please contact our Reception until 4:00 p.m. the day before the service. Breakfast will be delivered to the apartment for a designated time you wish.
French Breakfast: price 30 pln
Full Breakfast: price 50 pln

 

Dinner
We offer "A la carte" dinner or supper delivered directly to your apartment. To order please contact our Reception Desk that will ask you to make a choice of dishes from the menu.

 

Concierge service
For your convenience and to make your stay even more pleasant, we created Concierge service dedicated to Guests who respect their time and appreciate the highest service quality. We offer:

• Shopping service: when you arrive to apartment the things from your shopping list will be waiting for you. To order please ask our Receptionist during making the reservation.
• Washing and ironing service.
• Booking a table in your favorite restaurant.
• Booking tickets to the theater, opera, philharmonic and to other events.
• We are able to help you to plan your stay in Wroclaw, we advise which places are worth seeing and we advise which events are worth to attend.
• According to your taste preferences, we advise which restaurants are worth to attend.
• We offer taxi and car-rental service.

Check-in and check-out time
Check-in time: from 2 p.m. the day of arrival, check-out time: till 11 a.m. the day of departure.

Reception, office and keys
To collect the keys please check-in at our reception located in 3 Krawiecka Street, office no 10 on the first floor.

Saturday - Sunday and holidays: from 11 a.m. till 7 p.m.
Keys collection after 10 p.m. on weekdays and after 7 p.m. on weekends: please inform the reception about your arrival time at least one day before arrival and contact the resident half an hour before check in.
