What kind of apartments are in your offer?
We can offer you fully-furnished residential apartments, located in the centre of Wroclaw, most of them in the heart of Wroclaw Old Town, around Town Square. We have the ability to offer our guests apartments for any length of stay: from one day to one year and beyond.
The apartments can be booked out on a nightly basis similar to that of a hotel booking. However, unlike a hotel room, your apartment is also equipped with a kitchen or kitchenette and living area, which gives you more freedom, flexibility, privacy and even possibility to feel like a local. It simply allows you to relax in a way that is impossible to do when staying in a hotel room.


How long can I stay at Exclusive Apartments?
We are able to accommodate lengths of stay from one night to one year and beyond.


How does Exclusive Apartments prices compare to Wroclaw hotels?
Our rates are priced per night, per apartment - not per person, and unlike a hotel you can avoid all the typical hidden service charges associated with hotels, such as mini bars and room service.
Should you need to accommodate a group or a family, then you can opt for one of our cost-effective big apartments that can accommodate 3 people and more (up to 6 people) and stretch your budgets even further, because every extra person is charged only 30.00 PLN; why pay for two rooms in a traditional hotel?


What is included in the cost?
As well as more living space and comfort, all utilities are included in the price: a weekly maid service, towel and linen change, digital television and radio. Each apartment comes standard with a complete furnishing package, cookware, dishes and utensils. Wireless Internet is FREE OF CHARGE in every apatment.


How do I make a reservation?

How far in advance do I have to book my apartment?
There is a high demand for apartment accommodation, as more and more people are now realising the many benefits of this type of accommodation when compared to a traditional hotel. Therefore, we advise that you book as far in advance as possible, particularly at peak times. Of course, we will deal with last-minute bookings, but we may not be able to offer availability on some occasions.

 

Is there a minimum length of stay?
We can accommodate you for all lengths of stay, from one night, one month, right through to one year.


Can I extend my stay?
You can request an option to extend your stay, at the time of booking. You will need to inform us of your intention to extend your stay, prior to your scheduled departure date.
Failure to give notice of your intention to stay may result in your apartment being re-let. If you did not request an option to extend at the time of the booking, but would like to extend, we will do our very best to meet your needs, however, this is subject to apartment availability.


What can I expect in my apartment?
Apartments vary in size, from two and three bedroom apartments containing both the sleeping, living and kitchen areas, with a separate bathroom to studio apartments.
All apartments have a kitchen or a kitchenette, fully equipped appliances including a fridge-freezer and crockery (including plates, cups, glasses and pans) with a full suite of utensils. Some of our apartments are equipped with dishwasher.
All of the apartments are equipped with wash-machine, digital TV or DVD player and wireless Internet access (free of charge).


Is my apartment serviced?
Our experienced in-house team of housekeepers will visit on a weekly basis to refresh your towels and linen. They will also undertake a general, light clean of the apartment, including your bathroom and kitchen. The first visit will be on the seventh day of your stay, and the same day weekly therefore after.


Where are the apartments located?
Our apartments could not be better located. All of them are in the Centre of Wroclaw, mostly at Old Town, maximum 5 minutes on foot from Town Square.


How do I check-in?
When you supply a valid email address, we will supply a voucher with all check-in, address and apartment details as well as request for an advance (30% of reservation value). The day you come to our apartment, please contact our Resident on +48 511 308 253 half an hour before arriving
Check-in time is from 14.00.


How do I check out?
Check out time is 11am unless otherwise agreed.
On your departure, please call our Resident on +48 511 308 253 half an hour before check-out. We kindly ask that you leave the apartment in a presentable condition, making sure that all the windows are closed, the appliances are switched off and all kitchen accessories clean.
What is the cancellation policy
Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to your arrival date, incur a cancellation fee. Details of these charges can be found in our full terms and conditions.
In case of reservation with an advance, no refunds can be made.


Can I bring pets?
We regret that pets are not allowed into our apartments.


Can I have my mail sent to my apartment?
If you are staying over a long period of time and would like to receive mail, just ask for a letterbox key. Letterboxes are located on the ground floor of each building.


Is there on-site parking?
Parking spaces are available in buildings in most of our apartments and are charged by the week or by the day.
If there is no on site parking in some building, however, there are a number of secure car parks a very short walk away.


Can the apartments have an extra bed added?
We can add one extra bed per apartment. It is possible to add one cot. A supplemental charge is 50 PLN.


Are cots or high chairs available?

Cots can be hired from Exclusive Apartments, supplemental charge is 50 PLN per day.

Are there any accessible rooms for disabled guests?
Unfortunately accessible rooms are not available in our apartments.
